Healthy High Club
.Welcome to The Healthy High Club! We are a recovery and wellness club, where you can relax, recover and unwind and enjoy quality time with friends. Our sessions include the opportunity to partake in hot and cold therapy.
We have a full spectrum infrared sauna and three filtered ice baths with temperatures that range from 2-8 degrees. You will be guided by our friendly staff at all times during your visit.
